You can switch to unprocessed foods instead of the processed ones, take grains instead of meat and go with the lean meat so as to get energy from the calories and not fat.

Most of the people think that they can go on a diet for the whole week and just take an off on Sundays, when they do not have to follow the diet and eat whatever  they want and not even exercise on that particular day.
